Role Behavior Analysis – (RBA)

The Role Behavior Analysis provides a process for defining behavioral expectations for specific roles. The RBA uses DiSC PPSS data to collect and process perceptions of how a job, position, or role needs to be fulfilled to achieve maximum effectiveness. That depends on your objectives:
The General Characteristics Report is the foundation upon which the complete picture is built.  It provides an overview and feedback about your general behavior and characteristics.  From there, we provide you with individual worksheets that target your motivational factors and preferred environment; situations you tend to avoid, strategies to increase your effectiveness; factors that reduce your motivation; insight about how you behave in conflict; a detailed continuum of behaviors; and coaching action planning questions.  Additional reports provide information for further exploration relative to your intervention.
